AZ Electronic Materials Receives ASE's Supplier of the Year Award

ASE Awards AZ Electronic Materials Supplier of the Year

Taipei, Taiwan, February 28, 2009 - AZ Electronic Materials (Taiwan) Ltd. was awarded Supplier of Year, Chemical Materials Sector, for 2008 by ASE. ASE (Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc.) is the world’s largest IC packaging company, specializing in integrated test, packaging and system assembly. AZ Electronic Materials has supplied ASE for over ten years with an extensive line of thick film products.

ASE presented this award to Vincent Liang, Account Manager, and Jason Chou, Sales Manager at a ceremony at their facility in early February. ASE rated AZ Electronic Materials based on the criteria of product quality, issue management, and R&D capability. Supporting the Sales Team in Taiwan was Tomoaki Hasegawa from the Tokyo office and Yoshio Murakami and Sookmei Lai from the Shizuoka R&D facility.
