Approximately 51% of our employees hold university and/or postgraduate degrees and approximately 47% have worked for us for more than 10 years.

Our recruitment policy is structured around employing a high percentage of university graduates and post-graduates throughout the organisation. This is so that we can continue to develop our intellectual property base.

Our day-to-day operational management team is based in Asia, close to the majority of our customers. Our corporate, financial reporting, business planning, risk management, treasury and IT functions are located in Luxembourg and London.
