Specialty coatings and flat panel display materials enable the development of challenging and entertaining platforms such as HD, 3D, larger screens.
Spin-on dielectric materials make Microprocessor and DRAM devices more cost-effective; specialty rinses and colloidal silica CMP slurries control defects and increase yield.
Thick film photoresists allow more device content in tighter spaces; flat panel photoresists, advanced photosensitive materials and coatings improve the screen resolution and enhanced camera resolution test.
